A natural source of protein of high biological value that enhances feed efficiency whilst providing protection against common diseases.
CHEMICAL PROPERTIES AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS
3A PROMUNE consists of a carefully chosen strain of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which is made up primarily of amino acids and peptides, carbohydrates and salts. These components are involved in building protein, storing or transporting energy and modulating immune function, blood clotting and development. S. cerevisiae also contains other unidentified but important growth factors.
The yeast is grown and fermented under special conditions then dried in the original fermentation medium. This processing method results in an increase in protein content, whilst still maintaining the inherent immune supporting benefits of the yeast.
