Chemical properties
TN PHYTASE has two types 6-phytase and 3-Phytase and produce based on customers orders. It is a high quality phytase with strong enzyme activity and superior efficacy in vivo.
It acts by catalyzing the hydrolysis of phytic acid – an indigestible, organic form of phosphorus that is found in grains and oily seeds – and releases a usable form of inorganic phosphorus resulting in an increase in availability of phosphorus in poultry and swine feed. Supplementation with TN PHYTASE allows a reduction of inorganic phosphate inclusion by 50% or more whilst still maintaining animal performance similar to that observed with traditional phosphate supplemented feeds. Consequently incorporating TN PHYTASE in to the diet enhances nutrient digestibility, improves phosphorus retention, and lowers phosphorus excretion.

3A Choline
Choline chloride is an essential nutrient and an important component on the regulation of certain metabolic processed. As choline chloride is synthesized in the liver, it is naturally available. However, it is generally required in greater amounts than the body produces, particularly in times of stress. Choline chloride is an essential B-vitamin and dietary supplement.
3A Choline chloride is available in 50%, 60% or 70% and produced by the spraying and mixing of choline chloride liquid on selected 100% corn cob meal, following by drying for reduction in moisture content.
Product Indications:
1. Choline chloride is essential for building and maintaining cell structure.
2. Choline chloride plays an essential role in fat metabolism in the liver by preventing abnormal accumulation of fat (fatty livers) or by increasing the utilization of fatty acids. A study conducted by Rao et al (2001) showed the reduction of fat content in broiler livers after the addition of choline chloride to the diet.
3. Choline chloride is essential for the formation of acetylcholine, a substance that makes possible the transmission of nerve impulses.
4. Chloline chloride serves as source of methyl donor for methionine formation
Dietary choline chloride plays an essential role in the body and is required for optimal growth. Choline cannot be stored in the body so a continuous supply from the diet is necessary.

The authors concluded that S. cerevisiae supplementation in feed had a significantly positive effect on broiler performance and thus recommend the inclusion of S. cerevisiae in the diets of broilers and finishers. The authors hypothesised that the immune-enhancing effects of S. cerevisiae could also contribute to the improved performance.
A study published in Livestock Science (2012) looked at the effect S. cerevisiae had on the antibody production against sheep red blood cells (SRBC) of laying hens (n = 112) among other things. The study showed that antibody titres against SRBC were increased significantly when the diet was supplemented with S. cerevisiae and the authors concluded that inclusion of S. cerevisiae in the diets of laying hens had beneficial effects on egg cholesterol content and humoral immune response. They also found that dietary supplementation with S. cerevisiae improved egg weight and feed conversion, tended to increase daily egg production and decreased the blood serum levels of cholesterol and triglyceride.

3A AGROTOX
DESCRIPTION
3A-AGROTOX powerfully binds to and inactivates mycotoxins present in mould-contaminated feed whilst supporting overall gastrointestinal health.
Every raw material used in the production of animal feed, invariably contains large amounts of mould spores that are not all destroyed during processing. These spores produce mycotoxins which are detrimental to animal health across all species. Mycotoxins reduce feed intake and damage the cell lining the gastro-intestinal tract leading to diarrhoea and other enteric disorders. Mycotoxins can enter the blood stream which results in detrimental effects to other organs such as the brain, reproductive system, kidneys and liver. As a consequence, a reduction in growth, reproductive performance and general health is observed.
3A Agrotox is a blend of compounds chosen for their ability to selectively adsorb mycotoxins, whilst supporting the establishment of beneficial intestinal micro-flora and health of the digestive system.
The clay minerals found in 3A Agrotox, act by forming a stable electrochemical bond with aflatoxins. Once this bond is formed, the toxin is inactivated and prevented from being absorbed in the gastro-intestinal tract. The body is them able to remove the bound toxin easily through the faeces. Other ingredients in 3A Agrotox have a wide adsorption profile to a range of mycotoxin species. Additionally, specific constituents found in 3A Agrotox bind to pathogenic bacteria thereby inhibiting its growth and proliferation whilst also promoting the growth of beneficial bactierialeading to optimal digestive health.
PRODUCT FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- Produced from naturally occurring compounds and safe to feed to all classes of livestock.
- Reduces humidity levels in stored grains and feeds, therefore preventing mould and toxin growth.
- Contains mannan-oligosaccharides (MOS) and beta-glucans which help maintain and establish beneficial gastro-intestinal bacteria.
- Binds to the active chemical groups of mycotoxins, inactivates the toxinand converts them to compounds of larger sizes which prevents their adsorption into the animal’s intestinal wall. 3A-AGROTOX does not bind to vitamins, minerals or other nutrients of benefit to the animal
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
3A –AGROTOX should be used as preventive at a rate of 0.5 kg and for treatment 1-2 kg per metric ton (MT) of finished feed. In extreme cases of mycotoxin presence, dosage can be increased to 2.5 kg per MT.
STABILITY AND STORAGE:
Stable for 2 years when stored in dry conditions in original packaging.
PACKAGING:
3A AGROTOX is packed in 25 kg polyethylene bags with an internal poly liner.
STUDIES CONDUCTED ON 3A-AGROTOX
Broiler experiment 1: Average weight (g) at 21, 35, and 49 days in broilers fed with and without 3A-AGROTOX and Aflatoxins.

3A EMULSIFIER
3A EMULSIFIER: An emulsifier which acts to enhance the adsorption of fat and fat-soluble vitamins resulting in improved performance and reduction in energy costs.
DESCRIPTION
Fats and oils are significant components in the feed of high performing animals. These important energy sources have more than twice the energy of either protein or carbohydrates on an equal weight to weight basis. They are required for the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and also provide essential fatty acids – crucial components in the production of prostaglandins, which help in preventing and combating infections. Fatty acids result from the enzymatic hydrolysis of the oils and fats, which are water insoluble. Given that the small intestine of an animal is an aqueous environment, changes need to be made to the fatty acids for absorption to occur. The fatty acids aggregate to form micelles and the process is mediated by emulsifiers, such as bile salts. In young birds, the assimilation of dietary fats is restricted as their immature digestive system cannot produce the necessary enzymes and bile salts required for fat emulsification. This limitation causes an inability to form mixed micelles in the lumen of the intestine, which further decreases fat digestion and absorption of nutrients. The digestive system takes up to 7 weeks to become fully functioning and in the case of production farms, this occurs after the bird has been slaughtered. 3A EMULSIFIER aids in assisting the immature digestive system to utilise maximum energy from fats and oils added to the feed. Feed costs will subsequently reduce and a more sustainable animal production practise will ensue.
PRODUCT FEATURES AND BENEFITS
Improved fat digestion
Increased feed efficiency
Mimics and fortifies the effects of natural bile salts
Better protein solubility
Lower cost price

3A MOLDIBOND
3A MOLDIBOND: Synergistic blend of mycotoxin binders and mold inhibitors.
An essential product for mycotoxin management
Many grasses and cereals contain some degree of mycotoxins produced by the fungal organisms that grow in the vicinity. Maize is the most contaminated feed crop and also economically the most relevant feed material. Aflatoxins are the most toxic and frequent mycotoxin found in maize with fumonisins occurring in high numbers too. All commercially fed poultry species will encounter exposure to mycotoxins and it is therefore vital that exposure to these toxins are neutralized to not only preserve the health and performance of the flock but to prevent continuation via the feed chain in the form of meat, milk and eggs for human consumption.
Chemical properties and manufacturing process
3A MOLDIBOND contains organic acids that prevent the growth of mold in feeds during storage. This provides an immediate stall in the mycotoxin risk by halting the formation of toxins produced by fungi already present in the feed. It will also prevent further mold growth – thus also cutting down the potential number of mycotoxins formed. This in turn results in direct savings by maintaining the nutritive value of the feed. 3A MOLIBOND also contains clays and other compounds that act internally by binding to the aflatoxins and other mycotoxins during the digestive process, rendering them unavailable for absorption by the animal.
In contrast to other mycotoxin binders, 3A MOLDIBOND contains not only a mold growth inhibitor but also a unique combination of clay and other materials that adsorb a range of mycotoxins effectively. The binding activity of 3A MOLDIBOND is stable, reliable and independent of pH value.
3A MOLDIBOND is heat stable, pH resistant, efficacious in binding a broad spectrum of mycotoxin with particular affinity for aflatoxins and fumonisins.
Product features and benefits
- Binds and inactivates multiple mycotoxins
- Inhibits the growth of mold and prevents further mycotoxin
- production
- Improves FCR
- Does not bind to vitamins and trace minerals
- Prevents feed caking
Provides ingredients across the spectrum of mycotoxin management – from mold inhibitors to stabilize mycotoxins during storage – to proven binding and inactivation of toxins internally.
